QUALITY OBJECTIVES 

IFP-INDIA is committed to create and enhance customer satisfaction through identifying opportunities for improvement of relevant function.

To introduce new foam liquid concentrates as per national/international product standards in order to meet existing and potential needs of the customers, both domestic and abroad taking advantage of in-house test facilities to the extent possible considering cost effectiveness.

TARGETS 

To continually increase customers satisfaction by 10% within the year 2007 from November 04 on the basic status of 65%.

To induct at least one new foam liquid concentrate conforming to national/international product standard every year up to the year 2007.

Endeavor to obtain at least 2 nos. of marking/listing/approval of foam liquid concentrates as per national/international product standard within the year 2007.
