  • The Works of IFP-INDIA is fully equipped with complete test facilities (both Laboratory Analysis and Indoor & Out door Fire Tests) to test the manufactured products. This facility is also used to satisfy the requirements of customers for pre-despatch inspection by their own or 3rd party Inspection Authorities. Very few manufacturers are in a position to offer such comprehensive test facilities to their customers covering such a wide range of products and specifications.

  • Supply of quality products to national and international standards in order to meet the customer requirement and applicable regulatory parameters is one of the main objectives of IFP-INDIA'S Quality Policy.

  • Determination of customer satisfaction index and collection of feedback information through periodic meetings with customers to improve standard of customer services, to take remedial measures against specific customer complaints and if necessary, to bring about structural changes in the quality policy, objective and operational procedure of the Company in order to avoid future repetitive occurrences, are a few important features.

  • Introduction of new range of products ensuring compatibility with the safe environmental conditions

  • The test facilities of IFP not only limited to the tests referred in the specification but also includes tests ensuring compliance to the statutory regulations to ensure comliance safety to the ecosystem.

  • The range of products manufactured by IFP-INDIA offers their customers a variety and wider range of choices conforming to national and international standards.

  • IFP-INDIA encourages pre-despatch inspection by the customers own or their 3rd party representatives. This procedure was introduced by IFP-INDIA to enhance the customer confidence in one hand and to get the customers acquainted not only with the production facilities but also the test methods, procedure and equipments. This is an opportunity to communicate with IFP people directly responsible for product quality and record the customers comments and suggestions with a view to bring about improvements in the operational area and thereby causing an overall enrichment of customer relationship.

  • To provide customers with choice for periodic testing of IFP-INDIA products in use, free of cost, at the Works facilities of IFP-INDIA at a regular intervals as may be specified statutorily or otherwise.

  • As an adjunct to manufacturing facilities IFP-INDIA's In-house R&D Centre is continuously updating the data and information regarding availability and use of new chemicals and formulations that could be effectively used to improve product performance and thereby ensuring continuous benefits to the customers.
