- 1984 March - Registration of the Company

1985 January - Technical Collaboration Agreement (as approved by Govt. of India) with FFS Fire Fighting Systems AB Sweden signed.

1985 July - Registration as Small Scale Industry (SSI) Unit by Govt. of West Bengal.
- 1985 September - Commencement of Commercial Production.

1986 February - Licensed for Certification marking by Indian Standards Institution for Aqueous Film Forming Foam Concentrate (AFFF) Type 3 & Type 6 as per IS:4989 (Part 2), 1984 (FIRST LICENSEE).
- 1986 February - Product Approval for AFFF Type 3 & Type 6 by Tariff Advisory Committee (TAC) Statutory Body under the Insurance Act 1938, Govt. of India.
- 1987 February - Capacity Assessment and Enlistment by Ministry of Defense. Govt. of India, AFFF Type 6 (including Freeze Protected Minus 20°C).
- 1990 April - Licensed for Certification marking by Bureau of Indian Standards for Fluoro Protein Foam Concentrate as per lS:4989 (Part 3), 1987 (FIRST LICENSEE).
- 1990 May - Product Approval for Fluoro Protein Foam Concentrate by Tariff Advisory Committee (TAC).
1992 February - Product Approval for AFFF Type 6 & Type 3 Fluoro Protein Foam Concentrate by MMD ( Mercantile Marine Department, Govt. of India ).
- 1992 May - Membership of Export Promotion Council.
1993 January - Product Certification by SGS (Societe Gernal de Surveillance) for AFFF Type 3 & type 6 conforming to US-MIL 24385C.

1993 September - First consignment of bulk export of 100000 Liters AFFF 3% to South East Asia.
- 1994 January - Membership of Loss Prevention Association of India Limited.
- 1994 April - Membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers (India).
1994 June - Product Approval for Alcohol Resistant AFFF Concentrate by Tariff Advisory Committee ( TAC ) .
- 1995 August- Membership of National Fire Protection Association, USA (NFPA).
- 1997 January - FIRST INDIAN recipient of ISO: 9002 Certificate for manufacture of Fire Fighting Foam Concentrate.
- 1997 May - FIRST INDIAN recipient of DIN (German Standard) Approval of AFFF 3% (Aqueous Film Forming Foam Concentrate).
1998 May - Recognition of In-house R&D Unit at the Works by Govt. of India, Department of Scientific & Industrial Research.
- 1999 May - RESPONSIBLE CARE AND PRODUCTS STEWARDSHIP - as a Member of Indian Chemical Manufacturers' Association ( ICMA ) introduced Management Code of Practices for Responsible Care and Products Stewardship.
- 2000 June - First Indian Company to obtain Type Approval of Fluoro Protein Foam Concentrate by Lloyd's Register of Shipping, U.K.
- 2001 February - BIS Marking of ABC Dry Chemical Powder as per IS 14609:1999.
2001 May - First recipient of UL Listing of Foam Concentrates in India for AFFF Type 3 & Type 6 and Alcohol Resistant AFFF (AGFFF).
- 2001 May - First Indian Company to obtain Type Approval of High Expansion Foam Concentrate by Lloyd's Register of Shipping, U.K.
- 2003 Feb Upgradation of ISO 9002, Certification to ISO 9001:2000
- 2003 Dec First Recipient of ISO 14001 Certification for all activities Concerning Manufacture of Fire Fighting foam concentrates.
- 2004 Jan Recipient of Award from Federation of Small and Medium Scale Industries for performance in export
- 2005 UL Listing of AR-AFFF type 3/3, FP - 3 & FP- 6
- 2005, Nov Upgradation of ISO 14001-1996 certification to ISO 14001-2004
